Welcome to Grenzo.in.

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and related logistics for our matcha and tea products sold through our online store.

By placing an order on https://grenzo.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.



1. Order Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.



2. Shipping Coverage


We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.



3. Estimated Delivery Time


Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days

Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote areas / Northeast / J&K: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.



4. Shipping Charges


Free shipping
on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).

A standard delivery fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.



5. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

An email and/or SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier link.

You can also track your order status from your “My Orders” section on Grenzo.in (if applicable).

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please email us at hello@grenzo.in.



6. Address Accuracy


Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Grenzo is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.



7. Cash on Delivery (COD)


COD may be available for select pincodes and is subject to courier availability.

Orders with COD may require address or phone verification before processing.

Repeated COD order cancellations may result in suspension of this payment option for your account.



8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of courier delays or lost shipments:

We will assist in investigating the issue with our logistics partners.

If the order cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.



9. Damaged Packages


If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please:

Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product.

Do not discard the packaging materials.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@grenzo.in with your order ID and proof of damage.

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund if approved.



10. International Shipping


We currently do not offer international shipping.

However, we are working on expanding our reach soon — stay tuned for updates via our newsletter and social media.
