Vanilla Matcha Frappe Recipe

Cool and creamy Matcha Frappé made with vanilla syrup, plant-based milk, and ice—an energizing, frothy blend perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up.

 

INGREDIENTS

- 25g (or 1 scoop) creamy vanilla syrup

- 120ml almond milk or oat milk, chilled

- 3g high-quality matcha powder

- A generous handful of ice cubes

METHOD

- Begin by setting up your blender. Add the creamy vanilla syrup to the jar, followed by the chilled almond or oat milk.

- Sprinkle in the matcha powder, ensuring it sits on top of the liquid to help it blend smoothly without clumping.

- Add a generous amount of ice cubes, which will give the frappé its signature frosty, thick texture.

- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds, or until the mixture becomes completely smooth, creamy, and lightly frothy.

- Pour the frappé into a chilled glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and consistency.
