Peachy Matcha Recipe

A refreshing Peachy Matcha blend featuring peach–apricot mix, creamy coconut milk, and smooth matcha for a vibrant, fruity, and energizing drink.

 

INGREDIENTS

- 25ml pure peach and apricot mix

- 120ml coconut milk, chilled

- 3g matcha powder

- 45ml hot water (around 70–80°C)

- A handful of ice cubes

 

METHOD

- Begin by preparing the matcha. Add the matcha powder to a small bowl and pour in the hot water. Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until the mixture becomes smooth, fully dissolved, and lightly frothy on top. Set aside.

- In a tall serving glass, pour the pure peach and apricot mix. Add the chilled coconut milk and stir lightly to combine, letting the fruity sweetness blend with the creamy base.

- Add a generous amount of ice cubes to fill the glass and keep the drink refreshingly cold.

- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the top, allowing it to settle as a vibrant green layer above the peach-apricot mixture for a beautiful, layered look.

- Serve immediately. Stir before sipping to enjoy the fusion of tropical coconut, bright matcha, and juicy stone-fruit flavors.
