Strawberry Matcha Recipe

A vibrant Strawberry Matcha drink made with natural strawberry pulp, creamy milk, and smooth matcha—refreshing, colorful, and perfectly balanced in flavor.

 

INGREDIENTS

- 30ml natural strawberry fruit pulp

- 120 ml milk of your choice, chilled

- 3g matcha powder

- 45ml hot water (ideally 70–80°C)

- A handful of ice cubes

 

METHOD

- Begin by preparing the matcha. Place the matcha powder in a small bowl and gently pour in the hot water. Using a whisk, blend in quick, brisk motions until the mixture becomes smooth, lump-free, and lightly frothy on the surface. Set this bright green matcha aside to use as the finishing layer.

- Take a tall glass and spoon in the natural strawberry fruit pulp, allowing its vibrant color and fresh aroma to form the fruity foundation of the drink.

- Pour in the chilled milk, letting it mix naturally with the strawberry pulp for a rich, creamy base.

- Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the glass to keep the drink refreshingly cold and help maintain the layered look.

- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the top, creating a striking contrast between the deep green matcha and the soft pink strawberry-milk mixture.

- Serve immediately. Stir before drinking to enjoy the harmonious blend of sweet strawberry, creamy milk, and earthy matcha.
